Spread, pate, paste - as you usually call it, mainly with garlic arrows and tasty!
Ingredients:
- young garlic arrows (it is important that they are young, if you take thicker ones, there will be fibers in the paste, which is not critical, but better without them),
- a couple of favorite cloves of garlic and lemon juice or fruit vinegar,
- salt, pepper.
Trim the tip of the arrow, which will become a flower - we don't need them. Cut the rest of the arrows less frequently, throw them in a blender. Grind, add the rest of the ingredients and continue beating until smooth. As a butter spread or as a sauce - very garlicky and tasty, even if you are not a fan of garlic.
Make more than once, cover with a wax wrapper - no smell, and can last in the refrigerator for a month. Freezing is also possible. Enjoy and let us know how you liked it! 😊
