For the sandy crust, we will need wheat flour, sugar, white vinegar, salt, unrefined coconut oil, and filtered water. For the filling with pumpkin, we will need pumpkin itself, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, eggs, and milk. Now let's move on to making the pie.

1. Start with the sandy crust. Mix wheat flour, sugar, white vinegar, salt, and unrefined coconut oil in a bowl. Add filtered water and mix the dough.

2. Roll out the dough on a pie form and bake. Place it in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.

3. Meanwhile, prepare the filling with pumpkin. Peel the pumpkin, mix it with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Add eggs and milk and blend everything until smooth.

4. Pour the filling onto the sandy crust and distribute evenly. Place the pie in the oven and bake for another 30-40 minutes until the filling becomes golden.
