About Us
The exact translation of zero waste is zero waste, and that's what the large-scale international movement aimed at reducing the amount of waste produced by people is called. Supporters of the movement adhere to low principles that promote the reorganization of consumption systems of goods from linear to circular, so that things are reused, recycled, and upcycled, rather than thrown away as waste.
History of the zero waste movement
The principles of zero waste have long been present in theory and individual practice, but it was not until the late 1990s and early 2000s that mass media drew attention to the philosophy and the first practices in the United States from 1998-2002, and the adoption of a zero waste lifestyle gained wider acceptance.
