Vegan pancakes without eggs, milk and sugar ✨⠀🌱What you need:- bananas - 2 pcs.- chia seeds - 1 tbsp.- plant-based milk - 350 ml- coconut oil - 1 tbsp.- corn flour - 250 g- baking soda - ½ tsp.- berries - 6-7 pcs.⠀🌱How to cook:It's very simple!⠀First, soak chia seeds in plant-based milk for at least 30 minutes. Blend all other ingredients in a blender until you get a homogeneous mass.⠀Preheat a dry non-stick skillet and start frying our pancakes :)⠀If the batter sticks to the skillet, let it sit. Leave the mixture for another 10 minutes. If bubbles appear and the batter quickly pops, it means everything is ready!⠀Now you just have to fry all the pancakes and not leave them on the way to the table!😜⠀Enjoy!🍪
