1. First, mix kefir, flour, eggs, sugar and soda until homogeneous mass without lumps.
2. Cover the resulting mixture with a wax wrapper and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
3. The next morning, heat a skillet and pour the batter for pancakes. Fry them until golden brown on both sides.
