1. Start by gathering all the necessary ingredients. You will need elderflowers, lemons, sugar, water, and ice.
2. Rinse the elderflowers and lemons, remove the pits from the elderflowers and squeeze the juice from the lemons.
3. In a saucepan, mix water and sugar, add elderflowers and lemon juice. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and strain to obtain the syrup. Add ice for cooling.
5. Serve the lemonade in glasses with ice cubes and decorate with lemon slices or elderflowers.
