Hello! Today I want to share with you a recipe for cooking fluffy pancakes, which will be an ideal breakfast or snack. For this we will need kefir, flour, eggs, sugar and soda.
1. First, mix kefir, flour, eggs, sugar and soda until homogeneous mass without lumps.
2. Cover the resulting mixture with a wax wrapper and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
3. The next morning, heat a skillet and pour the batter for pancakes. Fry them until golden brown on both sides.
4. Decorate the pancakes to taste: with honey, syrup, fruits or berries.
5. Enjoy your delicious pancakes!
