Hello! Today we will talk about how to cook a delicious galette with peaches using eco products.
To start, we will need cold butter, flour, salt, and ice water. Put water in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to make it very cold.
For the filling, take 4-5 peaches. Depending on the size of the peaches, you can take more or less.
Now let's proceed to making the dough. Grate cold butter into quarters, add flour and salt. Gradually add ice water and mix the dough until homogeneous.
Roll out the dough on a prepared parchment paper for baking products. Thinly slice the peaches and place them in the center of the dough, leaving the edges free.
Fold the edges of the dough around the peaches, leaving the center open. Brush the edges with beaten egg yolk for a nice shine.
Bake the galette in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees.
