Hello! Today I will tell you how to cook vegan pancakes without eggs, milk and sugar. For this you will need bananas, chia seeds, plant-based milk, coconut oil, corn flour, soda and flaxseeds.
Let's start! 🌱
1. Mash two bananas in a bowl with a fork.
2. Add in the bowl one tablespoon of chia seeds, 350 ml of plant-based milk and one tablespoon of coconut oil.
3. Gradually add 250 g of corn flour and half a teaspoon of soda. Mix until homogeneous consistency.
4. Add finely chopped flaxseeds and mix again.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour the batter for pancakes. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
6. Serve pancakes with your favorite topping: honey, berries or nuts.
