Hello! Today we will talk about how to cook a delicious apple pie using eco products. Let's look at the steps together.
1. For the dough you will need 100g of flour, 120g of sugar and 4 eggs. Mix all ingredients into a homogeneous mass.
2. For the filling, use apples of the 'White filling' variety and lemon juice. Slice the apples thinly and fry them in a skillet with added lemon juice.
3. Roll out the dough on a prepared surface, distribute the fried apple slices on the dough surface.
4. Make a decorative top for the dough, covering the filling. Bake in a preheated oven until ready.
5. After baking, leave the pie to cool a little so it becomes even more delicious.
